Not a cook, not a chef, just a FOOD LOVER. If you’re anything like me then you probably prefer cooking over dining out because not only is it an unnecessary expense but NOTHING compares to a home cooked meal. It’s rare when I get satisfaction from dining out so I am in the kitchen on a daily basis cooking up. I am a firm believer in time being our most limited resource so I strive to cook in the most simplistic and convenient ways possible.
