Quickly Loaded Taco in a Bag

What is a quickly loaded taco in a bag? Exactly what the name is. On days I feel like eating tacos but want to make a quick fix, I turn to this. I trade in the time spent frying tortilla shells for Doritos. Another pro for this recipe is that you don’t need to use plates meaning less mess and prepping for all the mamas out there!

You certainly can add more toppings such as jalapeño peppers or use a nacho cheese instead of shredded cheese however; I don’t like it THAT cheesy so I stick with the latter. We usually have leftovers and eat it for lunch the following day which is a WIN in my hectic schedule.

If you’re in the mood for tacos and don’t mind spending more time cooking, check out my birria tacos recipe. This is my all-time favorite and it surely won’t disappoint!
