- Waffle mix (Krusteaz Light & Crispy Belgium)
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Syrup
- Whipped cream
- Powdered sugar
 For flour mixture:
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups of flour
- 1 1/3 cup of milk
- 1/3 cup of oil
- 3 tbsp of sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
Directions
- Prepare the batter: add flour to large mixing bowl, remove any clumps.
- Then add in the milk, vegetable oil, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Let the batter rest for at least 10 mins (30 mins preferably) before cooking to allow thickening which in turn will result in fluffier waffles.
- This is a good time to prep the fruits while the batter is resting.
- Plug waffle maker in and allow to preheat for 2 mins. Spray with non-stick cooking oil (butter flavored).
- Scoop 1/3 cup of batter and pour evenly into waffle maker starting from the center then pour another 1/3 cup of batter towards the center ensuring that it’s evenly distributed.
- Close the lid and cook for a total of 1 min and 45 secs. Make sure to flip halfway through at 52.5 seconds.
- Remove from waffle maker and repeat until batter is gone.
- Top waffles with fruits then drizzle with syrup and sprinkle powdered sugar all over. Add whip cream to the center of the waffles and ENJOY!
