Quick and Easy Oven-Baked Tilapia

This oven-baked tilapia is a super quick and easy meal for weeknights! If you’ve had a long day of work or school and need something quick and filling then try this recipe.

Any food that I enjoy fried, I find ways to enjoy baked simply because I want to make healthier choices, sometimes. I also don’t like the greasy feeling you get from frying or even just smelling it throughout your home. I instantly have to light a candle and shower afterwards but with baking, that is not the case and it’s pretty yummy!

I’ll usually pair this with mashed potatoes and another side of vegetable such as broccoli or green beans which makes this a very simple meal that’s actually healthy- try it out! Now if you’re in the mood for chicken, you can also try my delicious Oven-Baked Chicken Wings recipe. If you prefer the fried method then check out my Easy Fried Fish recipe.
