This super easy firecracker shrimp is my new crave! After having lunch with my colleagues at a restaurant called Crave, I was determined to make a copycat recipe. The flavors of these battered shrimps are simply delicious; I love the sriracha, mayo and honey combination. It’s the perfect blend of spicy and sweet!
This makes for an excellent appetizer and it is so simple to make! I prefer my foods to NOT be completely drenched in sauce since I like to taste the actual meat as well. However, feel free to double the quantity in the house made sauce recipe below if you need it even wetter.
