It is never too early or too late to be conscious of your HEALTH; after all – HEALTH IS WEALTH! I am not someone who exercises daily, count calories or even follow the food pyramid. I honestly don’t believe that doing just that makes you “healthy”.
What I am is a conscious individual of the nutrients that goes into my body. Remember- your body is a temple so treat it as such. This doesn’t mean you have to eliminate all the sweet stuff or become a vegetarian! I am a firm believer in BALANCE.
I like to balance everything I eat so when I cook meals, I try to incorporate vegetables and/or fruits.
