I’m not the biggest fan of hoagie sandwiches but I enjoy having this Potbelly turkey breast sandwich. If I had to choose my favorite sandwich shop, it definitely would be them. I love the warmth of the toasted bread, the flavors and the simplicity of it all.
Generally, more deli meat is used and that’s completely optional. Just layer the top of the veggies with slices of turkey breast and you’ll be good to go! I don’t like too much meat so I skipped the top layer. If you’re in the mood for steak, check out my Philly Cheesesteak recipe.
